From our diaries, Neemrana fort is the perfect getaway from for the weekend. It’s majorly famous for sprawling Fort Palace. This place is having a beautiful infrastructure and historical gallery that we can experience. Early day’s fort and now this place is converted into a well luxury hotel for visitors.

The distance of this place from Delhi is just 130 km and located in the ancient city Neemrana Rajasthan. So it will take just 3 to 4 hours to reach this place. The holidays can be amazing with swimming, exploring the heritage and the beauty of this enticing destination. So get a path and plan it accordingly for this weekend.

Jim Corbett National Park

The place is located in Uttrakhand and it’s a part of the Nainital district in Ramnagar. The Distance of this place is around 240 km from Delhi. Placed in a good cold area and it’s near to Ramnagar railway station.

For the visitors, it must be something new to explore because of the nature-friendly location of Jim Corbett. For the wildlife enthusiast and nature lover, this is the perfect place to visit. You guys can book a jeep there and explore the jungle safari with your family and friends.

During the trek we can explore beautiful apple orchard, massive deodars and oaks we can find as common sight to see. Trekking of 12 kms from barshani and for night camp we can also book to stay and relax.

Dehradun

One of the favorite stops to explore. It’s easy to reach this place, with plenty of cool weather and a peaceful location. The capital of state Uttrakhand known for temples, adventure activities, trekking and many more. The place is around 250 km far from Delhi is the most attractive place that we noticed.

A weekend getaways within 300 kms like this can be easily explored within two days. Tourism in Dehradun is so fun-loving because the location is near to plenty of hill stations. However in the city many adventurous activities we can do like paragliding, river rafting, robber’s cave, and angling.

What the team of “its weekend” experienced, it can’t be described in words. the value of this place deserves a visit once.

Morni Hills

Weekend Getaways From Delhi is the best. As the name is so unique ‘morni’ and it was so awkward for us to know this type of destination which is so unpopular and underrated. Morni is a small village in Haryana near to panchkula and under the parent range of shivalik hills.

This location is known for its beauty spots like Tikkar Taal, Adventure park, Morni fort. Many temples are around there to visit.
